Hello, hello! My name is MayLi Bachand and I’m a sophomore at UNM pursuing a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Film and Digital Arts with a minor in Chinese.
I have created videos since I was in middle school, however, it wasn’t until high school where I took a film class and took interest in exploring film as a career path.
I have competed in three 48 Hour Film Competitions (2022-2024), and the Film Prize Jr. NM film competition (2023).
Currently, I am interested in exploring a career path in assistant directing.
